PLAYER OF THE WEEK

 Shannon Manning, Bridgewater State College
(Jr., Midfield - Framingham, MA)
Manning tallied 10 goals and 11 assists for 21 points in three games for the Bears last week. She also added six draws and seven groundballs. In BSC's 22-7 win over Rhode Island College, Manning scored five goals and dished out six assists.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

DeeDee Schroeder, Castleton
(Sr., Defense - Berwick, ME)
In Castleton's season-opening win at Elms College, Schroeder keyed the Spartan transition, causing three turnovers and grabbing team-highs in both ground balls (five) and draw controls (six). The senior defender also got in on the offensive attack, scoring a pair of goals on three shots.

Nicole scored 5 goals in a 18-10 loss to St. Joseph's. Nicole added 8 goals in a 23-1 win over Daniel Webster.
